Customer Services

We have a dedicated team of service engineers to provide technical support to our customers for all their after-sales service requirements. Our service engineers are well experienced to take care of all service needs of our customers.

Our service engineers assist customers while commissioning of our new equipment. They offer pre-commissioning guidance, do actual commissioning and also undertake training of the customers’ representatives (operators etc.) at customer site to ensure safe and proper operation of our equipment.

Methodology of servicing the customers:
To provide prompt & optimum service to all our customers, following guidelines are observed by our service division

Our office at Pune co-ordinates the service activities which are of planned nature.

Priorities followed for attending a service call are in following sequence

  • Breakdown call
  • Troubleshooting call
  • Commissioning call
  • Pre-commissioning installation guidance

Every effort is made to attend the service call within as short time as possible.

Preventive Maintenance Contracts:
We also undertake Preventive Maintenance Contracts from our customers which help them achieve maximum product uptime and minimise emergency breakdowns.
